Lets say the only owner of S Corp pay him self $45k net salary per year. What would be the reasonable distribution?

Yes, I am paying my self via W2. A reasonable salary for what I do in my S Corp. If I want a invest the money that I have in my S Corp to a buy a rental property and establish a new single member LLC to own that property, can I take the money direct from my S Corp bank account and use that money to purchase?
