Thanks everyone for your opinions...I should have given some background on myself..
@Rick Pozos I know what you mean! I work in the music business and there's a lot of lazy musicians. I got the call to do some custom music for the IT : Chapter 2 film and was able to deliver the required music quicker and better than my competitors. Same thing with Breaking Bad, The Emmys, every single NBA, MLB, NFL team..and a bunch of other stuff I'm too lazy to type out haha.
@Jay Hinrichs I know what you mean about the cleaner. The only thing I'm qualified to do in my new rehab property is clean. I think the crew here works late on purpose so I don't feel the need to try and do anything (definitely not complaining about that haha)..
@Justin Robert I'd be willing to part with $400 a week (including ingredients).
@Account Closed Good question, as of last year I hit "accredited investor" status.
@John Teachout I see what you're saying. Ideally I want someone that also has knowledge of health foods etc..
I'm not saying I'll hire a chef forever, though it's definitely worth trying out. Why not?

@Danilo Dias I'll definitely check out "Eat The 80"..that wasn't around when I lived here back in 2000-2006.

Great point about supporting an existing business I didn't think of it like that. I was at Sam's Club yesterday buying supplies for a STR...luckily I escaped the call of the nasty (but delicious) snack bar pizza, ice cream and soda but it would have been great if someone was already handling meal prep for a healthy dinner.

Good question!
I have been thinking about hiring someone to pick out my clothes in the mornings.
Luckily my mom does that so I already have that handled!

Hi everyone,
I'm planning to hire someone to cook dinner every night. Here's why I think this is a good idea. Please feel free to let me know if this is outlandish..
1) The time I spend wondering what to eat for dinner, shopping, waiting in the checkout line, cooking etc.. can be better spent on other things like working out, looking for deals etc..
2) Health benefits of having healthy meals on a nightly basis. I can use the leftovers for lunch the next day, so it will be two meals for the price of one. No more "fast casual" or Chik Fil A for dinner on the way home from Lowes...
3) I'm currently scouting real estate in Gainesville, FL - a college town with plenty of knowledgeable people who would love to earn extra money by working a couple of extra hours a day.
Hey everyone, should we all meet up to watch the game on Saturday? I'd offer up my new place but it's in mid-rehab so there's no where to sit (no TV either haha).
Hey great seeing everyone this morning!

Hey guys,-so looks like here's the itinerary for tomorrow:
Home inspections starting at 10 A.M. at 915 Se 12th Ave Gainesville FL 32601. Estimate will last until 11:15/30ish. I have a property manager coming by to see the home for the investor I have that's purchasing it to be rented. Some of you already have property management connections, but for those that don't, she'll be a good resource. Also, some of my investors only pay cash while others use financing. I have it looks like a local lender that is going to swing by as well.
At 12 Christopher and I are meeting at Maude's for coffee. Reid may join as well. Anyone else is welcome to stop by also.
Finally, it looks like Thomas Clifford is at work,-but is coming by the office at 5:30 or a little after. If anyone else this time works for as well,-they can join. At the very least, I'll still be here to meet with Thomas. The location is the KW Gainesville office located at 7584 Nw 4th Blvd Gainesville FL 32607.
Great see you tomorrow!

@Shaun Reed Hey I noticed you're listed as a "contractor"...If you have your GC license, is there some way you can wrap your profit into the rehab budget? Tell they buyer they're getting the house "at cost" but you'll charge an extra fee on the rehab budget..paid "upfront" before any work gets done..
