I know this will very from deal to deal but how much cash flow will you get on a home you are financing and renting out. is there a rule of thumb or a percentage that you can expect to get. I understand that it will also depend on the length of financing as well. if someone could help me out and break it down into simple terms it would be appreciated.

@David Luetkemeyer for a short time. I will be here for sure until next May. My girlfriend is in veterinary school and graduates in May. After that I'm not sure. We will more than likely go where her job takes her.

hello all. I am here to learn all that I can about real estate investing. I am a SR at Oklahoma state university graduating in December and I would then like to get into real estate investment (sooner rather than later). I'm completely new to this and only know what I have heard on the BP podcast but I'm here to adsorb information and learn all I can.. Any advice would be appreciated.
