Many won't manage in this area. So finding 7-9% is probably harder. 10 is indeed probably standard.

I agree with most of you. Choose your street and you'll be fine. Choose the wrong street and you'll have a hard time. If Fred is managing over there he probably knows what to expect and where. Good money can be made in risky area if you buy smart. Good luck.

Hi, I'm from QC too and It seems that most of it applies to us but not everything. Since I read and listen to everything from the US and it seems to me that US investing is usually more advantageous, I decided to invest over there. Depending on your strategy, CAN could be good too. Have fun.

It worked fine for me. I'm surprise with the answer they gave you. It goes agaisnt the primary reason why BP was created and to give free or accessible access to everyone. You should try to get in touch with someone else. I've always had good service when I needed help and called them. Possibly a misunderstanding. Good luck.
