Wholesaling is essentially about sales and marketing. If you have leads but no deals, it may be a conversion or sales issue. If you lack leads, then focusing on marketing strategies..cold calling, direct mail, or texting etc. Stay focused on these two key aspects. You've got this!

Would most likely require true private money. Most Hard Money lenders have $75-$100k minimums on a bridge loan. DTI wouldn't be a factor with these loans either. Check out the Find a Lender tool here on BP. GL!

You can close in a DSCR loan in your LLC with a similar down payment as conventional.
