@Bryce K. It's a small private airfield, Grass strips, no navaids in a desirable area of Michigan. There's a couple of hangars and room for more.

I came across an uncontrolled airport for sale and was curios about it. How would I underwrite it? What cost can I expect for maintaining the airport? What can I expect from the government?

@Kevin Lin I think health and welfare or life or death are still allowable reasons to evict. I can't imagine someone dealing drugs or smashing your property with a bat would still be non-evictable under the stay at home orders. I know it's a different situation but depending on the specific disgusting habit of the tenant, it might be in the same ballpark.

I just had my insurance provider call me and say that they accidentally quoted me on my policy for the year and its actually going to cost me an additional 330$. My escrow already paid out for the year aswell. Have any else had this problem come up?
