what are you even talking about?? Go fail as many times as you can... we are in different markets but if i could I'd say maybe we could meet up in the future. Forget the scripts and just keep moving forward... be honest and be nonchalant... relax and go fail.. thats the only way to move forward.. every time you get a no, figure out why... every time you do that, you get closer to a yes...

Hey BP, so I've made a good amount of progress getting into real estate investing. Whenever I have the chance to, I try to send out opportunities to people to pull them along. I come here, so even if we are in different markets... keep going you will find the way eventually.
I need someone to cut a lawn on Ackerman dr. in Port Charlotte. Its simple, cut the grass, get introduced to a busy, successful, house flipper/ investor And of course, get paid.
This isnt an ad, I just want to see if anyone is interested.

Post: Who do you think would buy 16 vending machines?

I have 16, brand new vending machines still in the shipping material that I am trying to sell for a business partner that I work with. I am not advertising them for sale here. But they are $3,000 each. Only snacks, no drinks. I was thinking Property managers? I know that vending machines are not necessarily real estate, but I know there must be someone with experience on here. Thanks in advance...

"Before you can think out of the box you must know what is in the box" I think that sums up like 70% of my problems haha. Its a very valid point. Do you have a link to your posts in the "notes and financing"? Kinda unsure how to get there. But what you are throwing out is gold so i guess I'll find those haha. Thanks for all the info! @Bill Gulley
I have been plugging into the area looking at homes, meeting realtor/investors etc. Now I need to get financing in order, so that I can pull the trigger when its time.

Thanks I will check those out. So you say I/o is only ok for under 12 mo, through seller financing. At that point. Would it be easier (and safer) to negotiate a normal seller financed loan with a delay on the monthly payments start? Accomplishing the quick emergency fund. It kind of takes away the other benefits I mentioned.
It takes alot of steam out of my original idea, but still just trying to find a complicated way for some reason.
Im just starting to look for a stable safe bet for financing, in addition to having a solid deal. thanks!
