Do you get the resort management with the resort lock when you purchase it? I can’t tell if that is an additional cost.
I see they offer the $0.99 or $3.00 per month for the monitoring. Which one did you go with?

We're at the later stages of finishing the reno on our vacation property in the Smoky Mountains.
Can anyone give me some advice on which front door keyless lock to buy?
I'd like to be able to program many codes and also be able to change the codes remotely from my home.
Any advice is welcomed. I've done a lot of research and it seems there are a ton of options. But, I need something very reliable.

I have a property under contract and am looking for financing. We are Canadian so the borrower needs to be able to lend to foreign nationals.
Looking for 72000, Purchase price is 90000. I have the 20% down in cash now.
