Hey Friends,

Are you looking for new and exciting ways to learn about real estate or have you learned all about a brand-new strategy or system and want share with your fellow investors? Well, join us on Thursday 10/17 because we’re doing something a bit different for our meetup based on one of your suggestions (we do listen to you).

We’re doing a ‘round robin’ style discussion. We will sit one on one for about 5-10 minutes, with each person at the meetup, and each get to talk about something we’ve learned about recently and answer any questions. It’s a great way to share and learn knowledge with each other. This group is easy going in a relaxed environment. 

So come network and enjoy some good talks and good pizza at 6:30pm at the Pieology in Northridge on 10/17.

Hello aspiring investors, current investors, real estate agents, contractors, lenders, friends, and all in between!

Last month’s meeting was incredible. We had several new faces (which we love to see). In attendance we had a long distance flipper, as well as long distance buy and hold investors, several real estate agents, some newbies, some oldies, and of course, the fabulous hosts.

If you have any suggestions of what you’d like to see at upcoming events, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We are open to any ideas you may have and love the input from the group. Last month we went around and introduced ourselves and gave one of our strengths. I want to try this again, switch it up a tad bit, but seemed to go well, so let’s do it again.

Come and join us if you are interested in learning and networking, and come again, if you already have learned and networked. You know, as a matter of fact, join us every month. We are always meeting new like-minded individuals, I don’t know about you, but I am constantly learning from what others are doing and it is truly inspiring.

I apologize for the late post on this month's meetup. It's been an absolutely crazy time of the year for us. As always, the meetups are every 3rd Thursday of the month (06/20/19 this month), in the event I fail to post (shouldn't happen again), from 6:30PM-8:30PM, at Pieology in Northridge. 

This is a very casual meetup, anyone is welcome, and there is no fee to attend. This meetup is to allow investors and other professionals, network, and learn from one another. Come develop the resources you need to be a successful real estate investor, agent, or share your goals and dreams. As always, we happily take suggestions/ideas of what you want to see at upcoming events.

Hey everyone.

We’re doing something different this month for our meetup! We’re going to play Robert Kiyosaki’s game ‘Cashflow’. It’s a great game that will teach you all about achieving financial freedom and breaking free from the ‘rate race’.

Since the game only plays a max of 6 players, the first 6 to arrive will play, if you want to play, you can always pass on to the next person. If you’ve never played before it’s OK! We will start right at 7 with rules explanation for the newbies.

If you don’t make it into the game, don’t worry! Still come and watch us play and learn through our game-play or come and network like we do for our normal meetings.
