I live in Corpus Christi Tx and I am trying to find local real estate clubs so I can meet investors so I can get recommendations from them to build a strong real estate team. Where are other places where I can meet investors to form a connection?

@Jaysen Medhurst Okay sounds good thank you that was very helpful!

I am new to real estate and I am looking to invest in a property that seems to be a good candidate for triple net lease. If I were to purchase the property how would I go about looking for tenants. For example major restaurants, Star bucks, banks, or fast food. How would I be able to contact them?

@Jed Devine how did you first get started? Was it a hard leap to take?

Hello I have read two books in real estate and I’ve come to the conclusion that this is something I want to do. But I do not know how to get started. I want to go into rental properties because I think it is the best strategy for long term. I’ve also thought about doing whole sale as well because I think that would be a good first deal to get my feet wet. My goal is to one day start a brokerage firm. But I need quite a lot of guidance to get there!
