I'm from Miami and to be honest 82k doesn't go very far here. I'm investing in North Florida. But Columbus, OH sounds interesting any insight would be appreciated

Ok good info appreciate the insight, as I am new to REI and Jacksonville. I've attempted the tax deed auction but was outbid at the past 2 auctions. Then I finally did all my research on the Lands Available list and the court house closed. Patiently waiting for an opportunity.

@jack bobek Any insight on auction.com and how it works. Was it a foreclosure? All the properties I see on there are also on the Jacksonville foreclosure auction as well.

@Mike Rios big move first time out. But hey its MIAMI go big or go home. Yes those prices are rare these days down here. Good luck.

thanks for all the pointers
@Carolyn. Well since i'm new and capital isnt that high, I figured it would be a safer start for lower acquisition prices. Any insight as to where to get lower price properties or other areas that are better to target?
