Hey all, new to BP, REI, and Jax. I'm looking to get into the 09, 08, & 54 zips. Took a try at the tax deed auction today but no success. Any info on good deals and need to knows would be great.

Hello all, 1st time investor in Jacksonville.  I am also looking at the tax deed list but was outbid by $100 last auction. (didnt live bid set max bids and checked later, rookie mistake)  I am looking in the 06(lower end) 08,09,and 54 zips  any info for a 1st timer would  greatly be appreciated.

Say I wanted to BRRR. Is it hard to get so!some to redo so I can get my money back out? New to the area and closing soon. Also willing to flip as an alternative exit strategy.
