The 50/50 profit split is legit.
You pay a partner fee to get started.
They pay for the houses, repairs, etc. and you split the profits 50/50.
Buy box is residential 1-4 units and
65% to 70% of ARV (house plus cost of repairs total)

Bruce,
No need to guess.
You can check them out for free.
They have plenty of free “open house” meetings with both people working with them and people checking then out who aren’t working with them, all in the same meeting and there is live Q&A with the owners.
It’s easy to lump all coaches and programs into one group . It takes a effort to do a real analysis. There is good and bad in every industry including coaches and including. real estate agents.

I do house flipping and Creative Finance Real Estate deals.
I buy off-market and list my fix and flips with an agent when I sell.
I am looking for agents who will pull comps for me and take house photos for me for residential 1-4 unit fix and flips.
If that is you, hit me up.
Thanks,
Jonathan Clark

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Jonathan,
I've actually had a couple of my investor clients set-up a T-mobile hot spot in some units and that worked for them.
Thanks,
Spenser
I’ll look into that. Thx

I know some investors here that have installed a verizon hotspot in their condos. Would that be an option for you?

Ok, well I can't help much without more info. Are you concerned with hacking or ? You should be able to setup a router with firewall between the feed and your network.
i have a unit in a different building where I am allowed to have my own router and that one hooked up easily.

@Jonathan D Clark Sr, is it a wired connection or wireless? Did you contact the provider to find out if each hub is separated from each other?
