Wondering if anyone has tried or has any experience using legal zoom to set up an LLC? Did you find it convenient and useful or not? Is there another path I should travel?

I want to purchase in cash so that I can refi and pull the capital back out to roll into the next property.

Looking to purchase this 6 unit in all cash. Tenants are paying under market rent currently. Each unit is a 3/1 and typically go for 1100mo. I plan to refinance after to pay back my investors.

Hey everyone, looking to close in on a 6 unit and have multiple investors who want to get in. I know I have to show proof of funds if I am to purchase in cash. What sort of agreements have you written up between you and your investors? Thanks in advance.
