I currently own an STR in Tennessee but I have always wanted to own a campground and add glamping sites to it. I'm looking to connect with experienced investors who know how to analyze these deals and manage operations.

I am currently in discussion with an owner of an existing campground in NH.

Hey everyone! I'm from Attleboro and looking to connect with other investors from the area. 

 I was told that with mine I had 20 years. 

Welcome to the area! I actually live in Attleboro. I purchased my home 5 years ago and have seen it appreciate a lot since then. Your numbers have to make sense if you are planning on running it as a rental down the road. With these older homes comes larger CapEx.

@Paul Defngin thank you for that input. Yeah I was looking to see what my options are for both areas.

I am trying to calculate my DTI and am unsure if I should be adding in gross revenue from my STR that I have owned for less than a year. Not sure if I can add this in to lower my DTI or not.

Everything I learned while starting out came from @Luke Carl , Avery Carl and Rob Abasolo. You are in a great place to learn everything you need.
