The next Connecticut real meet-up will be on January 25th of 2017! 

Thank you to those that wanted to meet-up this month - but most were busy and let's bring 2017 in with a bang!

Date: Fairfield Real Estate Investor Meet-Up is on Wednesday, Jan. 25th! (Last Wednesday of every month - so please mark your calendars, except Nov. and Dec.)

Place: Anna Liffey's (an awesome Irish pub) located at 1494 Post Rd, Fairfield CT 06824 NOTE: We are in the back room (http://annaliffeys.com)

Time:7PM mingle. At 7:30pm we go around room to introduce everyone so you can let everyone know what you do and who you would like to meet at the event (brokers, lenders, wholesalers, investors, attorneys, insurance agents, and more.)

No Cost: It's FREE! Okay it's almost free - please buy drink(s) and food from the bar.
['Important' Side Note]: There is a Happy Hour from 4pm - 7pm before the event starts. I think it's half-off most drinks ($3 craft beers).

Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving! There is no meet-up tonight at Anna Liffey's in Fairfield Connecticut, as we don't schedule the last Wednesday in November and December.

For anyone interested, please let me know if you would like to get together for an impromptu meet-up next Wednesday and I will schedule it.

After this we are back to normal for the last week in January. Have a wonderful holiday season if we don't see one each other next week.

We usually meet-up in Fairfield, Connecticut the last Wednesday of every month. However, we signed a non-compete with Thanksgiving and Christmas/holiday season so we will likely have one the first or second week of December and then back to business as usual on the last Wednesday in January.

 Thanks Luis. Do you know if Village holds the loans on their books or sells them off? Thanks.
