Hi Chris,
I worked in broadcasting for ten years. Nice to meet someone on BP that shares the same interests as I do. There is a ton of information on this site and a lot of people willing to help you. Good luck in your quest for financial freedom

Has anyone done business with josh at Freedom Funding?
He claims to do 100% funding including rehab costs. Of course there is a fee. But I'm looking for feedback from anyone who has tried it. Thanks you in advance,

Hi everyone, I am newly divorced and starting my life over at 50. I'm broke, care taking for my 81 year old mother with alsheimers. I know real estate can get me independent and back on my feet again.
I rehabbed houses for investors for ten years until the housing bubble burst. I live forty miles south of Tampa Bay. I know the ins and outs if rehabbing but I don't know how to aquire properties. I want to learn the right way. If anyone has the room for a student or has the time to take me under their wing and teach me. I know it's never too late to start again. You never fail until you stop trying
I thank you in advance for your help,
Jon T.
