@Michael Williams

Why sign a new lease? Why not keep them month to month in case of issues? Just send them a notice for a 3-5% increase in 30 or 60 days and be done.

You will not be able to sell any assets with out sba approval according to your terms. Tools, cars, materials, house etc. Until the loan is paid back. That includes anything you buy now on also.

@Mike H.

Do you already have losses because of the shut down? Are you guessing at you estimated losses? You have to have losses from my understanding to get approved.

I was planning on sending a letter to two of my tenants that have not seen a rent increase since I took over almost 2 years ago. With the current situation should I still send the $50 increase for them to stay month to month? Should I offer 12 months for 790 and month to month for 820? Rent is 750 and market is 900.

Two of the hotest resturants in town are Butcher & Bee and Redheaded Stranger.
