Hi everyone, my name is Jon Goehring and I'm from Boonton twp., NJ. I was introduced to bigger pockets about two weeks ago after telling someone that I wanted to get into real estate. My mom is a realtor in north jersey so I'm familiar with that side of real estate but I'm very new to the investment side. I've haven't been able to keep away from BP since the day I came to it. I'm ready to learn as much as I can while starting to invest in buy and hold 2-4 unit homes. I'm also interested in flipping since I'm very handy and feel this could be a good option but that may come later. Since North Jersey isn't the best place to get started for someone that has limited finances, I'm interested in starting in Eastern Pennsylvania and also Pittsburgh area. I would also like to network and attend REIA meetings.
