@Bryan Robbins Thank you for your response, I really appreciate your input! I would agree that Responsiveness is something that HAS TO happen on our end. Relatability is definitely one I did not think much of but makes a ton of sense. Thank you again!

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to open up a discussion on how a Realtor can best service an out of state investor. What would be your top 3 priorities for what you expect out of a Realtor? I want to better myself for my clients and want other Realtors to learn as well. It makes the whole process go much smoother when everyone is on the same page!

Cincinnati, OH is a great area for investors! The 1% rule still applies here but it all depends on if you are looking at class A, B, or C areas.

It all depends on the specific property and area when investing near UC. Avondale could be a good spot to start being close to University of Cincinnati and Xavier University.
