What theme works for your websites? Im looking for a theme that has a place to put in contact information so i can set up an appointment on a lead from a yellow letter.
I am new to website building , so this maybe an extra thing i have to purchase after the theme? any help is appreciated. Thank You

does anyone know where they get there information from? In my area the numbers seem to be accurate. I'm wondering how legit this company is.

here is my situation. My father in law is nice enough to let me use him as the person applying for the loan on properties we are looking to buy and rent. He is doing this because we have not closed on our primary residence that is being built and was told by my lender not to do anything that could effect my credit. So what I'm trying to do is once these properties are his and I have closed on my house I would like to transfer them into my name without having to pay a closing cost with the bank again. If we put both of us on the title could I take him off at a later time and not have to close again? If he put it in his will to transfer into my name would that work ? Any suggestions welcome thanks for taking the time to read this.

@Jordan Lagrassa Glad to help. Also, keep in mind that the payment calculated on the amortization calculators do not include any monthly escrow payments (taxes, insurance, and PMI)
Yes I was aware but I appreciate the heads up. Unfortunately property tax is another 825 a month. ...... That's Texas for you

I use bankrate.com. They have an amortization calculator that allows you to view the schedule with anoption to add extra payments (either as a one-time payment, a yearly payment, or to each monthly payment.) Www.amortization-calc is also helpful but doesn't offer the extra payment options.
This is what I was looking for. Thanks
what terms would be in the loan that could effect me paying off early
ahhhh that is easy and makes sense.
