Check what the cap is on the adjustable rate. My bank initially started at 3% but agreed to 2% without any argument. The 2% cap means payment will most likely not go up even if the rate increases the max each 5 years. That was important to me.

banks most of the time won't lend to an llc . And if you try and move it into one then they could foreclose on the house if you still had a lien on the house with a bank

I have listened to many podcasts where people have more properties than the 10 loans I know is the max amount allowed . How are they doing this? Their debt to income ratio for that many conventional loans seems to be impossible to achieve . Any clarification on this would be appreciated. Thanks
