Hey @Josh Cohen Congrats on passing! I just passed as well and selected a broker. I agree 100% with @Amy A. comments, I also looked for how supportive the broker is and how good the training will be.

Hi, @Phil Pat my goal is to become a real estate developer but I am starting out as an agent first for 2-3 years to learn the business. I grew up assisting my family of developers and architects but want more experience before I jump into it.

My only advice at the moment is to read "The Real Book of Real Estate by Robert Kiyosaki" it is a brilliant read. Feel free to connect and shoot me a PM since we are both trying to get the ball rolling on becoming a developer.
