Glenn Espinosa Thanks! This area being a military town has many so many different opportunities for all kinds of REI. I use to live in Norfolk back in 05-06 time frame but being stationed in williamsburg I had to move closer. What type of investing are you currently doing if any?

Hello everyone! I'm currently in VA trying to become financially independent. I'm ready to learn more about REI as well as to share experiences.

I've been actively in REI since 05. If you notice I said actively not successfully. Any hoot lessons learned and sometimes they are very costly. Best believe I will not repeat that lesson.

I would like to learn more about MLO and acquiring multi-unit blds because my goal is to be financially stable that I wont no longer need a regular job. I've already retired from the USN and I want to enjoy life just a little more.
