Any experience out there with using a Landing page? I was told I should definitely get one and add for my direct mail campaign. Any suggestions on where to get one for cheap?

Hi BP, so I've been taking serious action mailing out and talking to sellers and Ive been gathering up each individual sellers information and storing it in Manila file folders like the good old days. What's the best way for me to follow up with these sellers using modern technology? Is there an app or how about Podio? Any thoughts? Thanks.

So my 2nd mailing hit of 665. So far I received 8 calls. That's a 1.2% response rate. Man I feel a deal coming extremely soon. It's bond to happen. Wish me luck guys
