Ethan Summers would you think 1000 postcards a month would be enough to make it in this business? 'I've sent out my first mailing a week ago and plan on hitting that list AT LEAST 6 times. Making that once a month for half a year.

I'm definitely interested in knowing how did investors first deal come about, and what marketing strategy was used? Direct mail, website, bandit signs, etc.

It's given me hope! I found my passion! I no longer need an alarm clock to wake me, my passion does!!!

I'm still new myself in the business but I can tell you this, spend 90% of your time generating leads.
