Good Morning,

My name is Joseph and I am new to Real Estate Investing. I currently am a part owner of a Lawn Care co. It does really well however I know it is not the solution to my goals in life and will not maintain the lifestyle I'm seeking. With that being said , a few weeks ago I invested some money to attend a Success Path seminar and I also have been reading books such as "Creating Wealth". I have always known real estate was the answer , I do not know why it took me so long to invest my energy into it. Again I am completely new to Investing, I have been working on my "Power Team". The main thing that overwhelms me is the fact that I don't have a ton of seasoned capital. Any guidance, info , etc. is greatly appreciated. I am ready to commit all of my time into this as I know it is the answer for the future I want.

Thank you, God Bless
