@Caleb Robertson let's connect I'm interested in long term rentals with strong numbers. 

In need of a REA and Finance. 

I am looking to purchase a property with land in Northern CA or in OR. I can discuss my parameters more via message . I have financing but am always looking for more financing options and or creative finance options due to industry. 

When I go to search marketplace for real estate it doesn't give me the option for that filter. It ends with performing notes, and everything listed above performing notes are services and things of such. Using Safari Web Browser. 

I am looking for a property w/Land in either Northern CA, or Oregon (area up for discussion) . 

Need an RE agent w/ a network to make it happen. The property must be livable, and the land would be preferable as a farm, or the ability to harvest.
