Hey everyone, 

I'm looking for some new books to read. It doesn't necessarily have to be all real estate, it can be "Self-Motivate" books. I think it is essential to read or listen to audio books. Thanks for the input. 

Eric I know does well with selling your property. He markets well. So if you have a finished project go with him. This is me speaking as an outsider seeing his productivity .

I would do what Adam said. Unless you can raise some private money for a better interest rate.
