thank you all. Pardon my slow response as I'm still learning to navigate the site. Brandon I thank you for reminding me to start with the basics...its always the best place to start and Don't, I appreciate both of those groups you mentioned and will be sure to find time to make a meeting, although this site will be my primary go to site. A friend also recommended hobby millionaire which is a local meetup group so I appreciate the mention of the meet up group. Again thank you all, its a blessing to me have such great advisors

Hello everyone
