Jon, thank you for the reply. Right now she is using friends and family to generate leads. I myself being prior military am use to "running through walls" so in my opinion i dont believe she is doing enough. I think marketing herself would be the first step. Magnet on her car? Wearing name tag everywhere she goes?
What i have noticed is there are plenty of website where they will "sell" you leads, but i was wondering if there was a way an agent could generate this on their own?

Start of the new year and want to make this year more successful than last year. Quick question: I have a licensed Real Estate Agent that is part of my LLC, and i was wondering how can we get her more leads? We are located in what seems to be a booming marker, San Antonio TX, but finding her her leads to sell houses has been a chore. What steps should we be taking to get her more sell leads and make her more successful?
