I would check to see if your insurance company even permits pitbull to be on your property.  Our insurance company will not insure us if we permit a "dangerous breed" on the property.

Has anyone tried using Venmo, Zelle or Square Cash for your rental payment options?  We have been considering it and just wanted to see if anyone out there had any experience. We were thinking it may making it easier that going to the mailbox which a few tenants have difficulty doing. Thanks in advance.

As Ryan stated, Kevin and Charles are re-vamping their academy, it is should be reopening soon.  It is well worth the purchase price.  The information you receive is incredible.  

I have also purchased the MH University program which is also great.  I love the weekly phone calls that come with the MHU program.  

I would recommend you purchase both courses.  The more knowledge the better.
