Hello all!

I'm JoeDon from Greeley Colorado, my wife and I bought a house about three years ago. I would like to rent it out! I also would like to buy another house live in it while we fix it up and then rent it out as well. Then hopefully do it again. How do I go about analyzing deals? I can get a VA loan witch is nice (hopefully I can use a VA loan). I'm just not sure how to analyze or look for a deal. Thank you for your time. Newbie JoeDon

Moving to Montana in early/middle of 2021 I want to sell my house now and buy a duplex or four Plex this would be my first investment. Need some direction thanks
