We were also looking at South Lake Tahoe but that’s been put on hold with all the Short Term Rental regulations so we started looking at other markets outside of Cali. How is everyone getting around it because we would love to get some places in south lake tahoe

Hi, my wife and I are looking for a 1st property in the Smokey mountains or Florida/Orlando using a 1st time buyer conventional loan and we plan on staying there for the year then turning it into a short term rental. We’re also looking at Tennessee and Florida because of the no state income tax. Our budget is $545k and under and we would love some insight or connections in these locations. Any other locations would typically work if the numbers workout as well. So let me know. Thanks
