Carlos - I agree with David. Try to shop around first, there are many other areas of Miami that have multi-family properties located in areas with decent tenants and the property management will be less intensive.

Hey Daniel.
For buy & hold, N. Miami Beach is a good bet. I own a four-plex there. I have lived in NMB for years so I know the area well.
I hear good things about N. Miami and Hallandale as well.
Of course every city has it's "pockets", make sure to do your due diligence and drive by the neighborhoods during the daytime and at nightime to see what type of element is around your target neighborhood.
