Jared:

Have you tried searching the City of Phoenix's website? Or the websites of the municipalities in Phoenix? There are some cities (City of N. Miami Beach for example) that have a list of every single business in the city, organized in different categories. Under the "Real Estate" category, you might find a list of all of the owners of every apartment building  in the city.

I agree with Oren, alternatively you may have to look at the Tax Appraiser's office's website and spend the time to do some digging (or pay a Virtual Assistant to do it for you).

Good luck.

Jose

Bruno: The answer is: It depends. If the MF property is in decent shape and just needs a fresh coat of interior paint and some other small repairs you may be looking at 5-15 days delay. If the apartment is in a high demand area, you shouldn't have a problem.  Now if the apartments need some type of extensive repairs that's another story all together.

The good news is that your in a high demand area so the property will be rented out as soon as it's available.

Good luck.
