How are the rents Dixfield area? I've always like that area. 

 I do not believe Maine requires Radon testing. At least I have never had a transaction that required them.

I have a 3 unit and a 6 unit coming up for sale in Auburn soon. The 6 unit the seller is willing to owner finance if that is something that may be helpful.
