I am an RN as well! I have been working my way through the BP podcasts, but I also listen to other podcasts. There is one by Dustin Heiner called the Master of passive Income that is decent, but IMO the BP pockets is much better, more in depth, and way more knowledge and insight shared.

Hi Brent! I’m new to investing and I typically work over 50 hours a week (I’m in healthcare). I listen to audio books and podcasts while commuting and I have been reading real estate related books and attending webinars with my spare time. I find that I am getting the most information from the books and BP podcasts. Good luck on your journey!

I am looking for some guidance.  I am a registered nurse and I am contemplating quitting a job that I have been in for 6.5 years to go into travel nursing to make more money to put towards investing. My plan is to purchase my first investment property between 4-6 months from now. My question is will I have troubles getting mortgages with a short history in a new job?

@Kristen Baek I heard Brandon say that as well, which is why I asked for clarification on this thread. The response said that the boot camp is only for pro members, and it’s still $299.

As a new investor, I’d love to find out more about low or no money down financing options… I appreciate any tips, info, or guidance! I would love to start this journey ASAP, but I don’t have tons of cash at this time.
