Just want to let you know that Volusia CFRI county meeting is tonight. It is a great place to network, talk about deals, or find deals, and get specific market updates. It's at the Best Western off of 95 and international. Meeting starts at 6:30. Hopefully we will see you there.

Are you interested in any other properties in Daytona Beach. I have an option on a duplex that's in that price range (65k) that brings in $1,200 a month in rents.

My wife and I are local investors and wholesalers.  We would love to help in any way we can.  We also lead the investor group for the Volusia county chapter of CFRI, and meet on the last Thursday of the month in Daytona off of International Drive.      If you want more info just let me know.  Oh, and this month we  are having a one of the owners/ lawyer of Common Wealth Trust Services speak about setting up Land Trusts to do your real estate investing.
