Thanks guys! My aim is to rehab and buy and hold, so the idea would be that I'd have the ability to pull comps and have a deeper reach in terms of researching properties. Currently, as a contractor, I do a lot of 203k properties for first time home buyer and various other remodeling project. My goal is to spread myself out and have more eggs in more baskets, potentially an investment company.

I own a home remodeling company in southern New Jersey. Recently I have been grappling with the idea of becoming a real estate agent, part-time. Any advice or experience  as to the pros and cons of this prospect would be greatly appreciated.
