I own a home remodeling company in southern New Jersey. Recently I have been grappling with the idea of becoming a real estate agent, part-time. Any advice or experience  as to the pros and cons of this prospect would be greatly appreciated.

Joshua Meehan I would really drill down why you want to do that.

It’s hard to do part time and if it distracts you from what’s really making you money then it’s not worth it. If you’re thinking of moving into real estate full time then it might be the right move.
