If he's in LA County, it looks like they are denying permits for any property that has been in violation within the past 6 years!
Crazy!! It's only going to get stricter as tech improves too! Sooner or later I highly doubt anyone will be able to avoid their counties governance.

Not much news has been coming from the Towamensing Trails Legislature but right next to Albrightsville in Tobyhanna they have been pushing towards putting a new STR ordinance in place and I believe the areas around will follow putting more rules and regulations in place

Any home that has 2-4 units will normally be considered a residentially zoned property. It will only be viewed as commercial say if there was a storefront attached to the bottom of the units and the units were on top, or if it were more than 5 units.
