I am in the process of purchasing a wholesale property and I have it under my personal name. I was wondering if I could "transfer" it to a LLC name that I make for whenever its time to rehab and resell it so I get tax breaks from it?

Thanks

I am a little new into REI, I have my first rental property and right now I am either looking for another good rental, or a good flip to get a good lump income. I was wondering if people recommend if you make a decent amount of money from a flip, if you should use the funds to pay off loans first, or to use that money to go into your next few properties? Thanks

Though if you get the "blanket loan" do they have a set term and interest rate for them?

How can I finance for multiple rental properties at once. I want to purchase a rental property every year, though at a certain point Credit unions wont allow you to keep getting new mortgages because of debt to income ratio?
