I was wondering if anyone has had any luck in the Houston/Katy area with flipping flooded homes due to Harvey. I have a feeling some are afraid to buy a house that was previously flooded, though if any of you have some insight on the topic I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

I was really just asking for the aspect of parking my cash and paying bills. I have other lenders that I use for my deals. If you could give me some advise on which bank to use I would appreciate it, I may go with Wells Fargo even if I dont like the big banks.

I was wondering what bank to use for my small business that buys multifamily properties. I want down thing that is FDIC insured, has a debit card, has minimal to no monthly fees, also has great customer service and great reviews. Thanks a lot.

Honestly, because of how good the schools are in katy. I don't feel like the rental market is affected by the amount of rental houses. If you are able to get a great house under market value and rent it out, it is a safe investment. Houses in Katy have appreciated so much since the housing crash, and as long as you hold on to your house, even if the market crashes. As long as you hold on to it, it will continue to go up. I recently purchased a house off market that needed some touch ups and have it rented out. I looked at the tax records for the house I just purchased and it has appreciated a little over 10% each year. You'll want to buy a house in south katy in my opinion.

Hello BP!

I found a 10 unit that I want to purchase, I have used a cashflow calculator on about 10 different properties and this one has the highest ROI. I was wondering what all the steps I need to take before the purchase as well as what all I need to do after I close on the property for my business plan.

Thanks again,

Josh

I know a great agent that specializes in Katy if you are interested. She has helped over 20 people buy and sell houses in Katy.

I am currently interested in a 6 unit complex just north of Corpus Christi, and I was wondering if anyone knew a good Property Manager they could refer to me that also contracts out fixing if anything needed to be replaced or fixed on the property. It is a really far drive for me, so I want to have a property management company that I can rely on to take care of tenant needs, as well as fill in the vacant units if someone decides to move.

I have a house I rented out last year, and I have been wanting to know more about how to owner finance it. I think I will get a lot more out of the property if I were to owner finance it to someone else. Could someone help me figure out how it works and how I can do it? Thanks
