Hi Michael! That is really exciting. I'd love to connect and chat with you about your plans for growing your portfolio in Detroit!

Hi Jay! For any property management company that you reach out to, I would suggest asking about their processes and background in that market. They should be able to give you some insight about the market you are looking into as well.

Hi Aditya! It is a great idea to reach out to some property managers to start building a team where you plan to invest in real estate. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions in regards to what to ask property managers and how to find one that is a good fit!

Hi Nikash! Columbus is a great place to invest in real estate. Building a great team before you start investing can be helpful. A real estate agent and a property manager local to the area should be able to guide you and provide you with advice based on their experiences.

Hi Naseema! Cleveland and Columbus in Ohio have some great real estate investment opportunities. In regards to hiring a property manager, it really depends on what you are looking for. If you want you to be more hands-off, I would suggest working with a property manager who is local to the area. You can always call around to a few property managers beforehand to understand whether they'd be a good fit and whether they can help you in your investment property search!

HI Michael! I'd be happy to take a look at the listing and provide you with some advice. Time of year can play a part in a property being slow to rent, but it still shouldn't take months to lease if the property manager is actively reviewing the traffic and feedback on the listing each week with you. Make sure that the property is priced right and in good condition. You can also check with the property manager on what feedback they've received from showings.

If you already have a list of markets you'd be interested in investing in, consider reaching out to a property management company that works in those markets to provide you with more insight that can help you make a decision on where to start!

Hi Scott! It is a great idea to start building a team now so that they can support and guide you along the way. Consider reaching out to a real estate agent and property management company in the area you are planning to invest in to get more insight on that market to start!
