@Ryan Miller Airbnb would definitely generate more cash flow and keeps the property in great condition because you know it is being cared for each day.

However, I’m not sure what market you are in. You have to factor in the daily cleaning fees or clean yourself. You also need to account for the consistent communication with guests.

We are looking to buy now. Yeah that's the idea get a multifamily or a place with extra bedrooms and keep doing it. 

Hey James! We have "subleased" by Airbnbing out extra bedrooms in the rental we live in. We make profit and pay rent. All the money we are making is saving to buy our first investment.

We always use white towels.

The ones we have are Amazon Basics. They aren't luxurious. They are nice enough and can be bleached or cheaply replaced. 

We are looking to buy a home built in 1886. The structure looks to be a masonry frame with plaster walls. We will live in the home and in a few years sell or rent the property.

The plaster in one of the rooms clearly needs to be repaired or replaced. The home will need new bathrooms and several other cosmetic upgrades.

I am wondering if the masonry structure with the plaster walls will significantly increase renovation costs and headache.
