@Lien Vuong thank you for sharing. Yea I was thinking to outsource more the admin stuff and “touching” my current client base. Sending emails, letters, text, etc.
I would be the one talking with the clients and dealing with all the interactions but I know there’s a lot of moving parts in this business so I don’t want to drown keep long up with all the little things.
Thank you again

@Timothy White Thank you for your insight, I will definitely talk to them about it when i meet with them again!
Being an agent yourself, is it safe to say you have put systems in place to streamline your business? Ive noticed that being an agent and wanting to invest can clash at times. But can be a huge benefit as well.
Thanks again Tim!

Ive been an agent for almost 2 years now along with working at my w2 for 2 years. Business is ramping up but cant seem to have the time to prospect, follow up, market and work ON my business when I’m doing all the little stuff in between (creating content, email marketing strategies, Direct mail, etc) also working full time. so its brought me to the point were i want to just outsource everything. Fiverr or UpWork have been great tools in the past for hiring freelancers but now I’m leaning more on it than ever before.
I’m planning on buying my second rental (live in flip, but rent it out as opposed to selling) and need my w2 for that reason. once i close on the property THEN i will part ways with the w2 job because i want to go all in real estate. Now if the systems i put in place through outsourcing help me with freeing up enough time to focus on everything else will it be smart to just keep my w2 for more income or just solely focus on my passion which is real estate? (At the end of this year i will be bankable through real estate as I’ve set my business with a CPA to make sure i will be even after i leave my w2)
Any suggestions would help!
Thanks in advance

Hey everyone, so I’m Fairly late to the party with the deal machine and have heard of it way to much not to dig into it. I simply just don’t have the time to do all the driving but i do have a couple of family members doing Uber & Lyft and want to approach them with a proposition. However, i noticed that dealmachine also provide list as well. What’s your experience with the street engine VS The list they provide? Is one more valuable than the other? Should i do both? Anything helps! Just looking to grow my off market data base!

@Greg Bond Building? Thats Great, we’ve been having a lot of new construction in our area and it is something That’s increasingly profitable! The multi family space is very lackluster and i feel there can be strong returns with the Right team in place. Are you working with builders?

@Greg Bond That's an awesome job on the rehab! Did you do any value add or was it just all cosmetic?
