South of Atlanta in Forest Park is an overlooked market great for rentals. I specialize here and Find homes under 125k with rent averages of about 1000-1200 a month. Quiet neighborhoods and not to far from Atlanta Airport.

Hello BP Fam,
I'm been in Real Estate since 2013 and currently live in Atlanta. I have 15 years of military experience and plan to retire in 5 years. I'm here to learn as much as I can to set myself up for a better future. I've been self educating myself and love numbers. I'm most interested in BRRRR for residential and commercial but open to learning different things to broadened my horizons.
For fun, I have experience in the music and film industry so creativity comes natural to me. I’m also a fashion designer and like to take some of those elements and apply it to real estate.
