Mike Weaver Thanks Mike! Best of luck to you as well.
My why would be money, as well as becoming a better at business. I'm also a guy who would like to retire early and enjoy more time with family.

Danelson Rosa I hope to work up to about 2 properties to start. I want to supplement my income during the beginning stages and then eventually work up to enough properties where I could live off of the income.

They say money doesn't buy happiness, in my opinion that statement is stupid. I feel that financial freedom creates a level of comfort that will make anyone happy, If i can do that for my family and I in the coming years, I will.

That's the end goal for everyone I would assume. Using profits gained from their deals to invest in other deals without having to dip into personal/emergency capital.
I feel like that would create a better lifestyle for myself and family.

I kind of want my money to work for me. I feel that real estate is better than the stock market because of the more hands on approach if you know what I mean. You actually know what's going on because of the face to face communication that constantly goes on when making or finalizing deals.
I'm not looking to get rich right away as I know this takes time, I just want to get started and gain experience, which is the reason why I'd love to ride around with someone or study under a mentor.
Thankyou for your post!
