I am a new investor and I was able to find a few deals within days without driving around.  I also suggest to network with your local wholesalers they constantly have deals available. 

I can't wait to get my first flip under contract  currently searching for a deal

Hello Everyone, I am a new member getting into the world of REI. I have been in sales for 10 years but Real Estate has always caught my eye. My wife and I have decided to jump right in even again what friends and family say. Looking to structure my first deal and have a eye on a property right now. Super Excited.

I didn't know there was another REI group in the area. I am getting started and recently became a member of CFRI. Looking forward to meeting local investors in the area.

there is a lot of resources out there which can help you make this process easier.  I went to the Armando seminar maybe 2 weeks ago and experienced the same thing.  I decided to pocket and find a local mentor and use that money to get my first flip.  I am currently working on my first deal and will start the flip asap.  not really worth giving your profit from your first 2 flips to them just my opinion I did learn a ton from them not knocking them at all.

Can someone recommend a good general contractor in Orlando FL/Kissimmee FL.
